What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Own the sales pipeline from qualification to close, driving new partnership acquisition in real estate and property management sectors
  • Nurture existing opportunities through strategic follow-up and relationship management
  • Identify and evaluate new partnership opportunities aligned with growth objectives
  • Structure partnership agreements to ensure successful distribution of insurance programs
  • Track partner performance data and maintain accurate records in CRM for informed decision-making
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in an Account Executive closing role
  • Must have property technology (proptech) experience in real estate technology or property management software
  • Proven track record of building and scaling B2B partnerships
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding revenue targets and quotas
  • Strong familiarity with the real estate technology or property management industries
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in insurance, insurtech, or fintech sectors
  • Understanding of embedded distribution models and marketplace dynamics
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data for decision-making
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
