Senior Account Executive – Legal Tech (Full Cycle)

Wamy is looking for our Founding Account Executive. We are a fast‑growing legal‑tech startup solving a massive pain point for law firms. This is a Full‑Cycle Sales role for a hunter who wants to own the entire process—from the first cold call to the signed contract.

• Hunt (50%):
  Identify high‑value law firms, bypass gatekeepers, and use cold calls, email, and Linked In to book your own meetings.
• Close (50%):
  Run discovery calls, demonstrate the Wamy product to skeptical attorneys, handle objections, and close deals.
• Build:
  Help refine our sales messaging, objection handling, and pricing strategy based on real market feedback.

• 3+ Years of Legal Tech Sales
  
  Experience:
  
  Sold SaaS to law firms (e.g., at Clio, MyCase, Thomson Reuters, Lexis Nexis). Understand the "billable hour" mindset and speak to Partners.
• A Proven Hunter:
  Track record of self‑sourcing at least 50% of revenue and no fear of the phone.
• No "Big Company" Hangovers:
  Manage your own day and hit targets remotely without daily manager check‑ins.
• Tech Savvy:
  Comfortable using modern sales tools (CRMs, dialers, Linked In Sales Navigator) to maximize efficiency.

• Target Earnings (OTE): $180,000 – $240,000.
• Structure: 50/50 split (e.g., $90k–$120k Base + $90k–$120k Commission).
• Uncapped Commission:
  No ceiling on earnings—top performers can exceed OTE.
