Account Executive

Job Description

Join Xplor Pay as an Account Executive, Outside Sales in Temperance, MI to make a real impact every day. We know that every conversation, every code line, and every interface we design is an opportunity to enrich our customers’ experiences.

• Develop and maintain relationships with small to medium sized business owners
• Collaborate with Xplor Pay colleagues in Customer Service, Underwriting, IT, Sales Support, and other departments to onboard new business
• Manage your pipeline and day-to-day tasks/appointments using Salesforce
• Prepare presentations and proposals using Xplor Pay’s electronic applications
• Close sales of our payment processing and SaaS services to meet expected minimum requirements

• Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience (preferred)
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a hunter mentality
