Remote High Ticket Sales Closer – The WFS Group

Are you a highly motivated sales professional who thrives on closing high‑ticket deals? The WFS Group is looking for a remote, full‑time Sales Closer who can take inbound calls, guide prospects through our proprietary selling framework, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets in a fast‑paced, commission‑heavy role.

Base Pay Range

$90,000 – $300,000 per year (commissions included)

Job Type

Full‑time Independent Contractor (1099), Monday‑Friday schedule

Location

Remote (anywhere)

Responsibilities
  • Consistently deepen product knowledge by engaging with the sales training center content.
  • Participate in daily sales syncs via Zoom to review initiatives, analyze call recordings, and strategically align on the pipeline.
  • Apply the WFS proprietary selling framework to guide leads through the sales process.
  • Conduct deep, question‑led discovery conversations to identify challenges, pain points, and the urgency for WFS products and services.
  • Build and maintain relationships with leads using a consultative sales approach.
  • Use WFS sales materials and tools to deliver persuasive, Zoom‑based sales presentations highlighting key benefits and value.
  • Achieve or exceed sales quotas and targets, consistently meeting performance expectations.
  • Adhere to CRM best practices, tracking and managing sales activities, and accurate forecasting.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure a seamless sales process.
  • Demonstrate WFS core values to support a high‑performance culture.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of high‑ticket or consultative sales experience with a proven closing track record.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Self‑starter with a drive for success.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent people skills and rapport‑building ability.
  • Experience working with CRM systems.
