Remote High Ticket Sales Closer – The WFS Group
Are you a highly motivated sales professional who thrives on closing high‑ticket deals? The WFS Group is looking for a remote, full‑time Sales Closer who can take inbound calls, guide prospects through our proprietary selling framework, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets in a fast‑paced, commission‑heavy role.
Base Pay Range$90,000 – $300,000 per year (commissions included)

Responsibilities- Consistently deepen product knowledge by engaging with the sales training center content.
- Participate in daily sales syncs via Zoom to review initiatives, analyze call recordings, and strategically align on the pipeline.
- Apply the WFS proprietary selling framework to guide leads through the sales process.
- Conduct deep, question‑led discovery conversations to identify challenges, pain points, and the urgency for WFS products and services.
- Build and maintain relationships with leads using a consultative sales approach.
- Use WFS sales materials and tools to deliver persuasive, Zoom‑based sales presentations highlighting key benefits and value.
- Achieve or exceed sales quotas and targets, consistently meeting performance expectations.
- Adhere to CRM best practices, tracking and managing sales activities, and accurate forecasting.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure a seamless sales process.
- Demonstrate WFS core values to support a high‑performance culture.
- Minimum 2 years of high‑ticket or consultative sales experience with a proven closing track record.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Self‑starter with a drive for success.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent people skills and rapport‑building ability.
- Experience working with CRM systems.
- Fully location‑independent remote position.

- $10 – $15 k average deal value.
- 10 – 14 day average sales cycle.
