Responsibilities
  • Develop executive-level relationships within strategic, named accounts
  • Own customer engagements end-to-end, from prospecting and qualification to close
  • Demonstrate excellent solution-based sales processes in complex sales campaigns
  • Champion and embody the cultural principles of the employer as they scale globally
  • Engage in strategic outbound prospecting and manage C-Level relationships
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in a full-cycle, closing sales role
  • Proven track record of consistent quota over-achievement in complex accounts and transactions over $100k ARR
  • Experience in handling enterprise deal sizes and C-Level relationships
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel monthly to meet customers
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with line of business stakeholders (Operations, Finance, IT)
  • Awards for top achievement (e.g., President’s Club, Winner’s Circle, Top 10%)
  • Passion for the world of operations
