Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue growth through business development and account advocacy, ensuring customer success
  • Identify and close new sales opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
  • Execute quarterly business reviews and maintain ongoing customer engagement post-sale
  • Provide front-line issue resolution and articulate the value of solutions to clients
  • Contribute to a positive corporate culture by fostering community and collaboration
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field preferred
  • 3+ years of software sales experience, ideally in public sector CIS/ERP or utility environments
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and managing complex sales cycles
  • Strong understanding of public utilities workflows and enterprise solution technology
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with CRM systems and accurate forecasting
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to change
  • Integrity, personal accountability, and a collaborative mindset
