The Brothers that just do Gutters is a full-service rain gutter and gutter guard franchise reinventing contractor service. We repair, install, and maintain seamless gutters, gutter guard, specialty gutters and many other services. We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated sales person who will meet lots of new people daily using a no-pressure, education-based sales process. This position is a 1099 paid position and allows flexibility of days/hours work.

It can be full or part time and provides unlimited earning potential for the right candidate. Paid training is provided. All estimates are within a 30 minute drive of our headquarters in Worthington.

• Attend all estimates on time.
• Price new opportunities within 48 hours of the onsite visit with the prospect using Brothers that just do Gutters production rates.
• Return incoming phone calls in a professional manner within 8 business hours of the call.
• Provide product differentiation to the customer throughout the selling process (assist the customer in understanding exactly what they are paying for and why it is a superior product).
• Effectively sell the company’s services by understanding the customer’s needs and selling to satisfy those needs.
• Maintain consistent follow-up procedures on all open bids and achieve a decision on every bid.
• Maintain a closing/dollars sold percentage of at least 45%.
• Develop a well-thought-out prospecting plan focused on generating leads for the company.
• Participate in networking groups to establish business relationships and promote the company.
• Relentless prospecting: asking every new client for referrals and gaining new business outside of the company’s regular marketing efforts.
• Maintain an organized workflow and process using the company CRM.
• Set and achieve goals for sales volumes, closing rates, and gross profits.

• Maintain regular communication with the owners, staff, and field personnel to develop methods and systems that grow the business.
• Maintain the company reputation of integrity and professionalism by communicating with customers in a professional manner, being punctual for appointments, and returning calls promptly.
• Ensure all necessary information pertaining to jobs is communicated to crew leaders (e.g., job colors, job scopes, scheduling, billing).
• Maintain open communication with crew leaders and painters to stay knowledgeable about jobs and teams.
• Communicate with all employees in a positive and respectful manner.
