Outside Sales Rep - B2C (In-Home Window Sales)

Pella Windows and Doors of Denver and Northern Colorado is expanding our Outside Sales (B2C In-Home Window Sales) team to support continued growth across Northern Colorado and Southern Wyoming. This is an established, high-performing sales organization, and we are ready to add experienced professionals who know how to build a pipeline, manage relationships, and close high-value home improvement projects.

This is a consultative, in-home sales role working directly with homeowners on window and door replacement projects. Success in this role comes from experience, discipline, strong follow-through, and the ability to earn trust quickly and close with confidence.

We are seeking sales professionals who have already proven themselves in B2C or in-home sales. You are comfortable working independently in the field, understand pipeline management, and take pride in representing a premium brand. What You’ll Do
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences: Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, guiding them through the sales and installation process with professionalism and confidence.
  • Provide Tailored Design Solutions: Conduct in-home consultations to assess homeowner needs, recommend customized solutions, and present clear, detailed proposals.
  • Partner Cross-Functionally: Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with operational standards.
  • Drive Results: Leverage a competitive commission structure that directly rewards performance and customer satisfaction.

This role blends remote work from a home office with daily in-field appointments. Candidates must live within the Northern Colorado / Southern Wyoming territory. Reliable transportation is required, as this role involves regular travel to customer homes and job sites.

Compensation
  • $5,000 per month forgivable draw (paid bi-weekly) for the first six months
  • Transition to straight commission after six months
  • First-year average earnings of approximately $100,000 (average, not guaranteed)

      Experience:

      Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, or 1–2 years of B2C or in-home sales experience.
    • Strong Communication

      Skills:

      Ability to present confidently and communicate effectively in a home setting.
    • Organization and Follow-Through: Proven ability to manage multiple projects, details, and timelines.
    • Mechanical Aptitude: Comfort learning technical product details to confidently advise homeowners.
    • Reliable Transportation: Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and clean motor vehicle record. A company vehicle may be provided but is not guaranteed.
