Overview
Job title: Sales Executive (commission-based)
Location: Hybrid role based in Kuwait City Metropolitan Area, with some flexibility for remote work.
This is a commission-based role with uncapped earning potential. We’re looking for someone energetic, confident, and comfortable talking to people—someone who enjoys building relationships and spotting new opportunities. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, connecting with potential clients, and building long-term relationships within the Kuwait market. You’ll work closely with the team to understand client needs, represent our services clearly, and help grow our client base.
The role also involves basic market research, follow-ups, and maintaining strong communication to ensure a great client experience.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and build a strong pipeline within the Kuwait market.
- Connect with potential clients and build long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with the team to understand client needs and clearly present services.
- Help grow the client base and contribute to market research and lead generation.
- Perform follow-ups and maintain strong communication to ensure a great client experience.
- Work in a hybrid setup with self-motivation and goal orientation.
- Proven skills in sales, client relationship management, and business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience in market research, lead generation, and sales strategy development is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a hybrid work setup.
- Understanding of the Kuwaiti market and a network of industry contacts is advantageous.
