You will be responsible for sourcing, nurturing, and closing new clients, primarily from your network and industry, focusing on a Hunter sales approach.
What You'll Do:- Hunting:
- Build relationships with midsize to enterprise clients across industries, focusing on Energy (Oil & Gas, Renewables, Utilities).
- Originate and nurture business relationships leading to engagement opportunities.
- Present Baires Dev's value proposition tailored to client needs.
- Develop long-term relationships with potential clients.
- Project Management:
- Scope projects, shape engagements, and define solutions to meet client needs.
- Plan and manage lead generation, sales activities, and pipelines to meet revenue targets.
- Organize teams across the sales cycle and manage risks.
- 5+ years in Oil & Gas, Energy, or related sectors with exposure to technology solutions and digital transformation.
- Experience in business development, relationship management, or technical sales within energy markets.
- Proven success in closing midsize and enterprise accounts.
- Strong knowledge of the Oil & Gas industry, including key players, strategies, and trends.
- Strategic, creative, and analytical approach to client relationships.
- Understanding of operational systems, data management, and technological challenges in the industry.
- Ability to deliver tailored presentations.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
- Native or fully bilingual English speaker.
