Paramount Pacific Sales Group, Inc., the exclusive representative of Master Brand Cabinets, LLC —the largest cabinetry manufacturer in the United States—has an immediate opportunity for an Independent Cabinet Sales Representative supporting Lowe’s stores in Northern California
.
This is an established territory with a multi-million-dollar book of business , offering significant growth potential. The role represents multiple cabinet lines within Lowe’s and is responsible for driving outside sales performance across the assigned territory.
Position Overview
The Independent Sales Representative is responsible for all outside sales activities within the assigned Lowe’s territory. This includes managing and growing existing business, developing new opportunities, and positioning Master Brand Cabinets, LLC as a trusted business partner to Lowe’s designers and leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Service and grow existing Lowe’s business while executing a proactive business development strategy to identify and qualify new opportunities.
- Train and support Lowe’s designers by providing in-depth product knowledge, application expertise, and effective selling techniques.
- Maintain and update store displays, marketing materials, and execute new program initiatives.
- Deliver best-in-class customer service and build strong relationships with designers, sales associates, and store management.
- Collaborate closely with store teams to ensure needs are met and that Master Brand Cabinets, LLC is positioned as a valued business partner.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives while increasing market share.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly activity reports and status updates.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Daily travel within the assigned territory; must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
. - Occasional overnight travel required.
- Ability to work from a home office
. - 2–5+ years of B2B sales experience ; background in building materials, cabinetry, or design preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
