Associate Sales Manager

Ameritech Construction is a fast-growing home improvement company specializing in exterior renovations, including roofing, siding, windows, and doors. We are seeking a motivated Associate Outside Sales Manager to support our sales operations, develop leadership skills, and grow into a full Sales Manager role.

This position is ideal for a high-performing outside sales professional who wants the next step in leadership while still earning strong commission-based income.

• Run company-provided, pre-set appointments with homeowners

• Present Ameritech’s products, pricing, and solutions professionally in the home

• Assist in coaching, training, and supporting outside sales representatives

• Help manage daily field activity, lead flow, and performance accountability

• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales documentation

• Represent Ameritech with professionalism, integrity, and strong customer service

• Collaborate with sales leadership to improve processes and results

• 2+ years of outside, in-home home improvement sales experience (required)

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals

• Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills

• Leadership mindset with interest in sales management and team development

• Ability to work evenings and Saturdays as needed

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
