In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving growth by handling inbound leads and executing outbound outreach in the startup sector. Your focus will be on startups with 1-100 employees across the EMEA region, helping them harness our innovative software solutions to enhance their hiring capabilities.
You'll leverage your SaaS sales experience to conduct product demonstrations and close deals, while receiving guidance to help you evolve into a senior sales professional. This dynamic opportunity allows you to significantly impact our growth trajectory while balancing business development and full-cycle sales responsibilities.
- Manage a steady stream of inbound leads successfully.
- Build pipeline through outbound efforts, focusing on startups.
- Conduct product demos tailored to prospective startup clients.

- 2+ years of full-cycle software sales experience.
- Proven track record of pipeline creation from outbound outreach.
