Overview
We are a full-service staffing agency located in Hudson County, NJ. We are currently looking for an aggressive go getter who can do outside sales, door-to-door, business-to-business. This position requires someone with a reliable car who can do door-to-door sales 3-4 days a week. Salary will be based on experience, $45K-$55K plus commission and bonuses. M-F from 8am to 5pm. This is a fast-paced environment, and we are looking for someone who has a sense of urgency and drive, who is self-motivated and looking for growth.
This position requires someone who can attain weekly sales goals/activities (KPI's). This position is on-site, no hybrid or remote work.
As an Outside Sales Executive
, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and closing deals. You will represent the company's products (people) and services (staffing) in the field, meeting with clients, presenting solutions, and negotiating contracts. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic sales environment.
- Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and door-to-door, business-to-business sales calls.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and present suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Prepare persuasive sales presentations and proposals to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements with clients to close sales and achieve mutual satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal team (Employment Specialists) to support sales efforts, fill orders and enhance customer experience.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, documenting progress and activities.
- Attend sales conferences, and industry events to network and promote company products or services.
- Proven experience in outside sales or inside sales, preferably in a related industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence clients.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets of 125 outside and inside sales activities per week.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while prioritizing tasks and responsibilities.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to overcome objections and close deals.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and best practices, including prospecting and pipeline management.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Base salary plus monthly sales commission, quarterly bonus, goals bonus and year-end bonus
