What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs
  • Match appropriate coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders
  • Represent the employer’s brand and connect customers to the right products
  • Adapt to different work environments and maintain a professional workspace
  • Maintain a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid-morning start time
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales/service-related work experience
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with prospects and customers
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills
  • Property and Casualty License required after hire
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • 2-3 years of sales experience preferred
  • Proven ability to engage and build rapport with customers
