- Maintain a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid-morning start time
- Minimum of 2 years of sales/service-related work experience
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with prospects and customers
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills
- Property and Casualty License required after hire
- 2-3 years of sales experience preferred
- Proven ability to engage and build rapport with customers
