Experienced Claims Services is seeking a motivated and experienced Outside Sales Representative specializing in mitigation services. • Salary

• Develop and maintain relationships with referral partners, property managers, and industry contacts
• Generate and close new mitigation opportunities
• Represent the company professionally in the field
• Maintain organized sales activity and follow-up
• Work closely with operations and project management teams
• Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics

• 3–5 years of experience in mitigation or restoration sales (required)
• Strong self-motivation with the ability to work independently
• High energy, positive attitude, and professional demeanor
• Highly organized with strong communication skills
• Personable and relationship-focused
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to provide references and proof of experience
