• Develop and implement sales strategies while leading Regional Sales Managers and the Inside Sales team
• Conduct market research to identify sales growth opportunities and competitive positioning
• Build and maintain high-level relationships with Key Accounts across the U.S. and Canada
• Drive revenue growth through engagement with various stakeholders, including contractors and panel shops
• Educate and mentor sales teams on value-based selling of surge protection products

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or applicable experience in technical electrical sales
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical electrical sales, particularly in surge protection or switch gear
• Proven ability to lead both inside and outside sales teams
• Strong negotiation skills and proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
• Must be able to travel 50% of the time within the U.S. and Canada and navigate construction project sites

• Previous experience specifically in surge protection or switch gear sales
• Familiarity with sales analytics tools
• Established interpersonal skills sufficient for guiding customers toward solutions
• Experience working with contractors and OEMs in the electrical industry
