Description
As a Territory Sales Manager, you'll drive revenue growth by bringing in new business and leading a team of sales professionals. You'll work closely with your Division Manager, set appointments with business owners, and present Heartland solutions across various vertical markets such as restaurants, retail, medical, and more.
During training, you'll learn our sales process and CRM platform, Atlas, with support from your Division Manager and Relationship Managers. You'll have the flexibility to work from a home office, set your schedule, and earn based on performance through commissions, residuals, and portfolio ownership.
Key responsibilities include conducting sales presentations, educating clients and referral partners about Payroll/HCM, coaching your team, and recruiting new sales talent. You should be a motivated, resourceful, and experienced sales professional with a proven track record in pipeline development and closing sales.
Minimum qualifications include being 18 or older, having a valid driver's license, residing near the job location, and being able to travel at least 75% of the time.
Compensation is performance-based, with an expected first-year income of $90,000 - $105,000+ for top performers, including commissions and residuals. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and more, as detailed on our benefits page.
