Position: Sales Support Coordinator – Hybrid Role (Full-Time)

Overview

Location: Hauppauge – In-office for first 90 days, hybrid (2 days remote/week) afterward

About the Role

We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Coordinator who is looking to break into the events industry and support our sales team by identifying new business opportunities, qualifying inbound leads, and driving the early stages of the sales pipeline. This is a strategic, high-impact support role with room to grow within a fast-paced, rapidly expanding company.

  • Salary: $50k annually with opportunity for bonuses
  • Performance Bonuses: Weekly and quarterly

Responsibilities
  • Monitor, assess, and manage all inbound leads, chats, web forms, and other inbound inquiries
  • Qualify leads based on fit and potential; route qualified leads to the Event Coordination team
  • Own the early stages of the sales process from initial contact to appointment scheduling
  • Conduct sales-focused discovery calls to identify prospect needs and determine alignment
  • Track and manage prospect data accurately in CRM (Hub Spot experience is a plus)
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly and quarterly lead conversion goals
  • Maintain a strong understanding of our product offerings and event solutions
  • Thrive in a goal-oriented environment with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable initiating conversations and building rapport over the phone
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work full-time in-office for the first 90 days
  • Dedicated home workspace (for hybrid eligibility post-training)
  • Must thrive in fast-paced environments and meet deadlines
Qualifications
  • Background in the events, hospitality, or entertainment industry (bonus)
  • Experience with appointment setting (bonus)
