Responsibilities- Expand and grow PD therapy utilization, focusing on increased PD referrals through strategic physician and business relationships.
- Lead all strategy across PD therapies while driving pre‑tax associated margin and market share growth through direct provider engagement.
- Negotiate and manage local contracts aligned with strategic pricing initiatives.
- Use business tools to target and grow high‑opportunity providers, focused on patient growth and retention.
- Prioritize and implement market initiatives to meet territory forecasts and goals.
- Deliver scientific and technical sales presentations related to the portfolio.
- Continuously increase and sharpen knowledge, selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Create, manage, and grow territory sales opportunity funnel to close new business and expand market share.
- Collaborate with strategic accounts initiatives to maximize territory growth.
- Capture and maintain all relevant customer interactions via Salesforce.
- Bachelor’s degree or five or more years of relevant medical device or clinical sales experience.
- Proven track record of closing new business and physician engagement.
- Experience calling on nephrologists and having established physician networks.
- Proficient at the full sales cycle: prospecting, lead qualification, solution selling, and closing.
- At least three years of sales experience in a medical field.
- Ability to manage multiple projects or businesses while meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
- Advanced consultative sales skills and excellent interpersonal relationship skills.
- Negotiating skills and ability to initiate, execute, and close contractual processes.
- Forecasting skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members.
- Ability to negotiate and manage pricing contracts and renewals.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel approximately 50 % of the time.
Estimated base salary: $104,000 – $125,000 annually. The range reflects anticipated market-based compensation; actual pay may vary.
