• Develop and execute sales strategies while leading Regional Sales Managers and the Inside Sales team
• Conduct market research and planning to identify sales growth opportunities
• Build and maintain high-level relationships with Key Accounts across the U.S. and Canada
• Drive revenue growth through various channels including job sites, contractors, and end users
• Educate and mentor sales teams on application and value-based selling of ERICO Surge Products

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or applicable experience in technical electrical sales
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical electrical sales, preferably with surge protection or switch gear
• Proven leadership experience managing inside and outside sales teams
• Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools
• Ability to travel internationally and navigate construction project sites

• Experience in value-based selling and strong negotiation skills
• Familiarity with surge protection industry or related technical sales experience
• Previous roles involving key account management or strategic sales planning
• Ability to educate and mentor teams on sales techniques and product applications
