The Sales Manager will be responsible for delivering on assigned sales targets related to company products and services in line with the annual IBA Industrial solutions strategy, sales plan, margin objective and company ethical standards to guarantee full compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Challenges we trust you with- Achieve assigned sales and margin targets within new clients in each territory.
- Negotiate best deals in accordance with the pricing strategy and business ethics.
- Track activities and customer information in CRM data base (Sales Force/ Business Express); accurate and timely reporting.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders: customers, prospects, B2B contacts and key opinion leaders.
- Maintain current knowledge of clinical, regulatory, and technical developments to effectively communicate with customers and prospects.
- Provide market insights by staying informed about competitors and monitoring market trends and developments.
- Work closely with product management, product innovation, marketing and other relevant departments to ensure alignment between business problems in the market and the company’s solutions portfolio.
- Participate in industry meetings, conferences and trade shows, as well as marketing campaigns.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Relevant sales experience in high-tech and complex products related sales, ideally with 5-7 years experience in a similar role in the gamma sterilization field.
- Fluency in Spanish highly desired.
- Highly skilled and experienced in identifying high-quality prospects, conducting discovery conversations to understand customer needs, and qualifying leads into viable opportunities.
- Skilled at working with a variety of people, building relationships, and networking/developing new professional contacts.
- Client-oriented, ensuring voice-of-customer first for an effective sales journey.
- Stress-resistant and solution-oriented, with an executive ability to drive urgency, as you will be between the requirements of the customer and the internal constraints.
- Possess excellent time management skills, and the ability to multitask and complete work while traveling.
Domestic and international, up to 20-30% of your time.
