Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies while leading Regional Sales Managers and the Inside Sales team
• Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and understand competitive markets
• Manage high-level relationships with Key Accounts and drive revenue achievement
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on products, processes, and strategies
• Educate and mentor sales teams on application and value-based selling of products

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or applicable experience in technical electrical sales
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical electrical sales, particularly with contractors and panel shops
• Proven experience leading outside and inside sales teams
• Strong value-based selling and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales analytics tools

• Previous experience in surge protection or switch gear sales
• Ability to travel on average 50% of the time, including overnight trips
• Experience navigating construction project sites
