Manhattan, NY area (regional), travel within 30-60 miles of supported clinics up to 90% of the time; remote work 10%.

Overview
:
Vivo Infusion is seeking an experienced sales professional with a background in Healthcare and/or Pharmaceutical Sales to promote provider relationships and support clinics within the region. The role offers uncapped commission and company-provided leads, with a collaborative team and company backing.

Reports To

Regional Sales Manager
Primary Responsibilities
:
- Meet with healthcare professionals to educate them about Vivo’s services and patient benefits.
- Prospect for new business and nurture existing relationships.
- Stay informed on market changes; collaborate with local clinical, sales, and patient care navigator teams.
- Partner with local pharmaceutical sales reps to develop territory strategies.
- Apply consultative selling to address provider and patient concerns; assess Providers’ infusion needs and promote Vivo’s services.
- Explain clinics’ intake process, benefits verification, clinical excellence, patient services, provider support, and cost-effective care.
Additional Responsibilities
:
- Leverage Pharma Rep contact sheets to drive territory relationships.
- Use CRM (Trella Health) to log daily calls and maintain regional notes.
- Focus on improving patient outcomes and care in all sales activities.
- Collaborate with Patient Care Navigator, Clinical, Sales, and Marketing teams; uphold Vivo’s guiding principles, mission, and values.
Qualifications
:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 2+ years in revenue-generating B2B sales; 2+ years in pharma, commercial insurance, or healthcare sales.
- Valid driver’s license, automobile insurance, and reliable transportation; vehicle stipend, parking, tolls provided.
- Proven ability to manage a sales territory and meet/exceed goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with healthcare professionals, pharmaceutical partners, and vendors.
- Strong customer service, learning agility, and problem-solving skills.
- Computer literacy with MS Office; experience with CRM software;
Trella Healthcare experience is a plus.
Work Environment & Physical Demands
:
This role is 90% travel and 10% remote work. Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds; vision and motor skills required; noise level low to moderate.
