A leading pumping solutions company is seeking a Regional Distribution Sales Manager to manage and grow distribution sales across the Midwest. You will travel 60-70% of the time to evaluate and support channel effectiveness, propose new channels, and assist distributors in becoming self-sufficient. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in pumps and related products, demonstrating strong relationship management and an understanding of the distribution sales channel.

This position is home-based, ideally near a major East Coast airport.
