Note:
For remote work, internet speeds of 20 mbps are required. Residence must be in Iowa, Alabama, North Carolina, South Carolina, Pennsylvania, or Florida. We do not hire outside of the US. This role is hybrid capable with several onsite requirements. Employment is contingent upon the completion of a satisfactory background check. Must be authorized to work in the United States. - The inbound calls are your responsibility to own and direct to the best department or individual to provide the best customer experience.
- Collaborate daily with other teams to meet customer needs, while customer service and account management are owned by other teams.
- Take the first step in an established growth path towards a Business Development Consultant role for interested and qualified internal Inside Sales employees.
- Dedicating ~9 months to developing highly impactful skills and relationships as an Inbound Sales Representative is required before consideration of a change in role.
- Collaborate with team members and leaders to intentionally work towards attaining the skills necessary for your future in mind.
- Gain foundational skills and knowledge to support Fasteners Plus customers as their key resource.
- Align with Clickstop's core values, mission, strategies, and goals while contributing to culture and business success.

- Note:
there is no commission structure in this sales model; this is a true team environment.
- Handle inbound phone calls directly or connect the customer with the best suited department or individual to provide the best customer experience.
- Focus on sales growth and profitability.
- Maximize customer interactions through upselling, cross selling, or creating awareness of other Clickstop brands.
- Execute daily responsibilities with product and application knowledge.
- Take ownership of your efforts which directly impact new customer acquisition, retention, revenue, and profitability.
- Identify customers’ needs and provide clear follow-up and execution, both internally and externally.
- Demonstrate commitment to the brand promise by being attentive to customers.
- Provide knowledge, expertise, and service that meet or exceed competitive standards.
- Three years of sales experience or the equivalent.
- Eagerness to learn new markets and products, take on new opportunities, and question methods to improve.
- View challenges and downtime as opportunities to grow.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and communication channels effectively.
- Awareness of strengths within the team and how to leverage them.
- Bonus:
Fluency in Spanish
