Hybrid remote - This is not a typical 9-5 desk job, this is 90% customer appointments in-person and 10% working from a home office

No prior industry experience, degree, or formal sales experience is needed. We offer robust paid sales training

Be a builder; develop and implement effective sales strategies for door-to-door sales

Focus on capturing residential, retail, and restaurant clients

Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements

Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities

Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with client's needs

Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency

Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board

No degree required, we are looking for coachable candidates

Past door-to-door sales is required

An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics

Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills

Strong communication skills
