You’ll Accomplish With Us

As an Assistant Vice President, Sales
, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and implementing growth strategies for new business
  • Plan and manage relationships with key field organizations
  • Lead field-related quality assurance measures and compliance procedures
  • Serve as a liaison with home office leaders on marketing and sales matters
  • Plan and implement field communications, marketing initiatives, and sales projects (product development, training curricula, etc.)
  • Maintain strong relationships with field management and agents
  • Coordinate with other departments regarding sales administration and marketing needs
  • Provide support to field management and deliver business solutions as needed
  • Conduct all business ethically and in compliance with company policies, regulations, and the Compliance Program
