Due to an influx of new business, PMOPartners is looking for a full-time Business Development
Specialist who will be a key component in helping us grow bring in more clients. This role will be benefited by the fact that you are walking into a well-established client base and highly successful sales team. We are looking for someone to portray the level of professionalism and expertise that PMOPartners has become known for within the industry.

The primary focus of our Business Development Specialist will be:

  • Identify and target potential client companies

  • Prospect through cold calls, emails, networking, and referrals

  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of new opportunities

  • Build long-term relationships with hiring managers and decision makers

  • Act as the main point of contact for new and existing clients

  • Conduct regular check-ins to ensure client satisfaction

The background profile we look for:

  • A college education is excellent but having "true grit" is what truly matters!

  • 3+ years of experience with a specific focus on Business Development

  • Understanding of the PMO skillset and job functionalities.

  • Excellent communication and time management

  • Highly organized and strategic thinker

  • High-energy and positive attitude
