About the Role

As a Business Development Representative at GoTech IT Solutions, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for new prospects and leads, building strong initial relationships and setting the tone for a successful sales experience from the very start. This role focuses on outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow-up, and early-stage discovery conversations with business owners and decision-makers. The BDR sets the foundation for long-term client relationships by identifying fit, understanding business challenges, and scheduling qualified discovery meetings for the sales team.

What you’ll do:
  • Proactively identify and engage prospective customers and make outbound calls.
  • Manage customers in pipeline and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions in CRM and continuously refine outreach strategies.
  • Manage follow-up sequences to advance opportunities through the early sales stages.
  • Schedule qualified discovery meetings for the sales and leadership team.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales and technical teams to align messaging and targeting.
  • Represent GoTech IT Solutions professionally and consistently in all interactions.
  • You’ll play a vital role in helping our team hit goals, improve processes, and grow our business.

  • Self-motivated, organized, and ready to make an impact.
  • Has basic knowledge of CRMs and Microsoft Office
