Key Responsibilities
  • Initiate outbound outreach (calls, texts, emails) to growth-focused companies
  • Manage inbound leads and existing prospect database
  • Qualify prospects and schedule sales appointments
  • Conduct sales meetings and close new business
  • Collaborate with leadership on improving prospecting and sales strategies
  • Research and source information on potential clients
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up systems
Qualifications
  • Strong culture and values fit with GDG Media
  • Ability to make outbound calls in a quiet, professional environment
  • Excellent listening skills and professional phone/Zoom presence
  • Comfortable using technology and CRM systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Previous cold outreach or sales experience preferred
  • Experience in digital marketing, consulting, or business services is a plus
Compensation
  • Commission-only contract role
  • Commissions up to $3,750 per sale
  • Average sales cycle under 30 days
  • Six figures ($100,000+) is achievable in Year 1 for strong performers
