Sales Support Analyst

One of our best customers has asked for our help to recruit a skilled Sales Support Analyst for their growing Team in Miami, FL!

This position does require working on-site five days a week in downtown Miami. Please do NOT apply if you are looking for a hybrid or remote position.

The Sales Support Analyst will be responsible for:

• Order Management:
  Accurately processing customer orders and quotes & monitoring order status from entry through to delivery.
• CRM & Data Management:
  Keeping customer records and sales data up-to-date and accurate.
• Customer Support:
  Being a point of contact for customer inquiries related to orders, delivery timelines, and general questions.
• Documentation:
  Preparing sales documentation such as contracts, proposals, shipping forms and sales reports.
• Collaboration:
  
  Partnering with the logistics, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Reporting & Analysis:
  Generating regular reports on sales performance and provide ad-hoc analysis to support decision-making.

This position offers:

• A base salary in the $70-80K range
