Head of Online Sales Consumer Electronics

Overview

This role is to lead the online sales growth and drive our client's company’s transformation from traditional sales channels into a scalable digital and omnichannel business. This role will be responsible for expanding online markets, driving consumer electronics category performance, and delivering country-level sales results.

• Lead the overall online sales strategy and drive digital transformation from offline to online channels
• Develop and expand online sales across e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, and D2C channels
• Own category management for consumer electronics, ensuring sustainable growth, profitability, and competitiveness
• Drive business development initiatives, strategic partnerships, and new revenue opportunities
• Manage and achieve country-level sales targets and performance
• Build, lead, and develop high-performing teams while collaborating closely with cross-functional and regional stakeholders

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is an advantage
• Minimum 10 years of sales experience, with strong exposure to online/digital sales in consumer electronics
• Proven track record in leading digital transformation and scaling online businesses
• Strong experience in category management and business development
• Experience managing country-level or multi-country sales operations
• Strategic, commercially driven, and execution-focused
• Data-driven decision-maker with a transformation mindset
