HCM SaaS Sales Exec

Overview

HCM SaaS Sales Exec in Cleveland, Ohio. This role is on-site for training and Monday meetings but includes work-from-home in your territory.

• Inherit an active territory. Outside B2B HCM SaaS sales; consultative, relationship-based selling.
• Prospect, present, close, and grow accounts; sell payroll, HR, and HCM solutions to SMBs.
• Grow existing accounts and establish new accounts; develop partnerships by incentivizing prospect referrals.
• Develop and manage the territory with current customers; build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Base salary + commissions and bonuses: $75,000 to $100,000 base range; total compensation up to about $200,000 with incentives.
• Uncapped commission with initial commissions and recurring residual commissions.
• $700/month car allowance.
