Channel Account Manager, Federal Partners and Federal System Integrators

Remote (US). Must permanently reside in Virginia or Maryland. This is a fully remote position.

About the Role

Report to the Director of Global Channel Account Management. Focus on building pipeline and channel revenue with top Federal System Integrators such as GDIT, CACI, Leidos, SAIC, and Carahsoft. The role requires a strong channel network and results‑driven approach.

Responsibilities
  • Recruit, grow, and manage relationships with the top Federated Resellers, System Integrators, and Carahsoft.
  • Act as a liaison between Keeper and assigned channel partners.
  • Establish productive, professional relationships with key sales and channel personnel in partner accounts.
  • Coordinate involvement of Keeper support, service, and management resources to meet partner performance objectives.
  • Collaborate cross‑departmentalally within Keeper to support Sales, Pre‑Sales and Marketing resources in partner engagements.
  • Sell through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources.
  • Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in partner accounts.
  • Manage direct/channel conflict by fostering communication between the channel and direct sales teams.
  • Build relationships with technology vendors to identify mutual green‑field opportunities with shared partners.
  • Maintain channel opportunity registrations in  and assist the direct sales team in closing channel‑generated leads.
  • Identify partner GTM and/or services offerings; work with partner sales, marketing, etc. to develop and launch offerings for incremental joint revenue.
  • Plan and execute on channel marketing activities and events to support brand awareness and demand generation with the Strategic Partner group.
  • Present with partners on‑site to conduct marketing events, training sessions and demand generation activities.
  • Possess a strong understanding of technology and solutions stacks.
  • Support inbound partner inquiries, including deal registrations, to connect partners with the correct Keeper resources.
  • Travel to and from customer meetings (locally and nationally) and rent or operate a car on behalf of the company.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of security SaaS channel sales experience.
  • Proven success/track record driving revenue growth via Federal Partners.
  • Must have multiple verified references within the Federal Partner ecosystem.
  • Great understanding of partner incentive programs and PRM tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to excel in a team‑oriented atmosphere.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Very motivated and goal‑oriented.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.
