Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Executive, based in Lafayette, LA, with flexibility to work from home as needed. The Account Executive will focus on building strong client relationships, managing accounts effectively, and driving sales growth. Daily responsibilities include identifying and connecting with prospective clients, understanding customer needs, creating and delivering presentations or proposals, and ensuring customer satisfaction through follow-ups.

Collaboration with the internal design and production teams will also be essential to ensure timely project deliverables and support personalized solutions for each client.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
  • Proven sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals
  • Understanding of design and creative development processes
  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and basic computer software, such as Microsoft Office
  • Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment that requires independence and collaboration
  • Experience in sales or client relationship roles, ideally in the print marketing industry is an asset
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
