• Conduct sales calls and manage the sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing
• Set appointments with prospects through various outreach methods including phone, email, and marketing campaigns
• Identify and recommend solutions to meet prospect goals and objectives for process improvement
• Provide technical support, product development, and relationship management to clients
• Negotiate contract terms and pricing to ensure customer appeal while maintaining profitability

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in new customer acquisition sales or a related field, preferably in banking
• Proven track record of success in a team selling and lead sharing environment
• Strong knowledge of business concepts related to accounts payable, purchasing, and accounting systems
• Ability to maintain a valid driver’s license and meet driving record criteria

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong data analysis skills and superior presentation abilities
• Experience with consultative sales processes and relationship management
• Motivated self-starter with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to adapt and remain resilient in various situations
