About the Role

We’re looking for a high-performing Account Executive/Sales Director with a passion for digital media, data, and a proven track record of driving new business. If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and love closing deals with brands and agencies, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through a mix of inbound leads, cold outreach, and leveraging your industry network.
  • Cultivate and grow relationships with holding companies, independent agencies, and brand-side marketers.
  • Drive the entire sales process from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closing.
  • Deliver compelling presentations that clearly communicate our client’s value proposition and unique offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, customer success) to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at key industry events and networking opportunities.
  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets and KPIs.
  • Provide regular pipeline updates, sales forecasts, and performance insights to leadership.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–7 years of experience in programmatic advertising sales, ideally within an adtech or digital data company.
  • Proven ability to build and close a pipeline of deals, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including DSPs, DMPs, data onboarding, and measurement.
  • Strong face-to-face and virtual sales presentation skills.
  • Established relationships with Fortune 500 brands, media holding companies, and independent agencies within the Midwest
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter mentality and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving startup environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
