This full-time Outside Sales Consultant - New Construction role combines onsite and remote work in the Fort Wayne regions. Key responsibilities include conducting sales presentations, generating leads, collaborating with builders and contractors, and using a consultative selling approach to meet or exceed sales goals. The consultant will also deliver excellent customer service, ensure product knowledge, and build lasting relationships. Some work-from-home flexibility is available in this hybrid position.

- Pursue new construction and trade accounts with unrelenting energy
- Build relationships with contractors, builders, and architects who come to rely on you as their go-to expert for window and door solutions
- Solve problems on the fly, keep projects on track, and close deals with confidence and class
- Push through the no s, delays, and roadblocks to get to the yes
- Take initiative with a consultative, hands-on approach that puts the customer first while protecting the bottom line

- 1+ years of B2B sales experience (construction or building materials preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to learn technical product information
- Comfortable reading construction plans and job specs (not required but a plus)
- Tech savvy. Can navigate Microsoft Office, CRM tools, mobile apps
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Can pass a drug test and background check
