Role DescriptionThis is a full-time Client Partner role based in Manama with a hybrid work structure, allowing for some work-from-home flexibility. The primary responsibilities include introduction of leadership education to K12 schools and higher education, managing client relationships, engaging in consultative sales, identifying client needs, and proposing tailored solutions. The Client Partner will collaborate with internal teams to ensure allignmrnt and successful implementation of initiatives that support clients’ educational goals.
Qualifications- Proven expertise in education solution sales, Account Management and maintaining strong client relationships
- Experience in Sales and driving consultative sales processes to meet business objectives
- Background in Consulting and understand and address client identified challenges effectively
- Understanding of Project Management skills to ensure successful execution of client initiatives
- Exceptional positive interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Experience in education or leadership training industries is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or a related field is preferred
