• Source new sales prospects and reach out to them to book appointments for Account Executives
• Provide feedback to the Marketing Team regarding the quality of marketing-sourced leads
• Clearly communicate the employer s value propositions to prospects and assess their needs
• Support the Account Executive team as needed and educate prospects for hand-off to sales teams
• Create target prospect lists and penetrate key accounts through cold calling

• Proven business development success through effective use of core sales tools
• Experience working as an SDR in a B2B SaaS Tech company
• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to think strategically
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken

• Experience working remotely is considered a plus
• Knowledge of Salesforce, Linked In Sales Navigator, and Zoom Info is advantageous
