What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Meet or exceed sales targets through effective account management and competitive conversions
- Communicate clinical and product knowledge effectively to stakeholders
- Assess customer needs and develop tailored solutions
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders in targeted accounts
- Execute sales processes and coordinate opportunities with customers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor s degree required
- Minimum of 3 years of outside sales experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Familiarity with business-to-business sales is a plus
- Must be self-motivated, independent, and possess a strategic mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft programs and experience with CRM tools recommended
- Previous experience in wound care or surgical markets
- Strong competitive drive and tenacity in a sales environment
- Ability to adapt to overnight travel and flexible working hours
