The Role

Gig Finesse is looking for an Enterprise Partnerships Account Executive to lead our national-level hospitality expansion. This role is designed for a senior seller with deep hospitality relationships who can immediately open doors, build trust with decision-makers, and convert those relationships into long-term enterprise partnerships.

You’ll spearhead client acquisition across multi-unit hospitality groups—includ­ing hotel portfolios, restaurant groups, lifestyle brands, and experiential venues—while helping define how Gig Finesse operates at the enterprise level. The ideal candidate brings both a proven sales track record and an established Rolodex within hospitality that they can actively leverage to accelerate growth.

Responsibilities
  • Enterprise Deal Origination:
    Source, negotiate, and close enterprise-level partnerships with multi-location hospitality groups through a relationship-driven sales approach.
  • Strategic Growth:
    Execute high-volume outbound and relationship-led sales strategies, crafting bespoke entertainment solutions tailored to each partner’s brand, footprint, and guest experience.
  • Pipeline Ownership:
    Own and manage the full sales cycle—from initial outreach through close—maintaining a clean, accurate CRM and forecasting pipeline health weekly.
  • Brand Ambassadorship:
    Serve as a senior representative of Gig Finesse at client meetings, industry conferences, and hospitality events, building credibility and trust with executive stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership:
    Partner closely with Operations, Talent, and Marketing to ensure seamless handoffs, strong partner onboarding, and long-term account success.
  • Market Intelligence:
    Maintain deep awareness of hospitality, experiential marketing, and live entertainment trends to inform deal strategy and positioning.
Qualifications
  • Proven Track Record: 5–7 years of experience in hospitality-focused sales, including 3+ years in a quota-carrying role with a history of exceeding targets.
  • Relationship-Led Seller:
    Comfortable leading with trust, credibility, and long-term value creation—not transactional selling.
  • Established Hospitality Network: A strong, existing Rolodex of decision-makers across hotels, restaurant groups, hospitality management companies, or lifestyle brands that you can immediately activate.
  • Tech-Enabled Operator:
    Fluent in CRM and sales engagement tools (Salesforce, Salesloft), with a strong command of pipeline hygiene and forecasting.
  • Executive Presence:
    Polished communicator with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders and represent the brand at the highest level.
  • Local Residency:
    Living in the Miami metro area with a deep understanding of the local music scene.
  • Mobility:
    Willingness to travel up to ~30% to build relationships in key markets.
  • Language Proficiency:
    Professional fluency in both English and Spanish.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Compensation: $120,000–$140,000 OTE (Base + Commission + Bonus)
