Overview

Employer Industry: Financial Services

• Sell finance and insurance (F&I) product lines to achieve targeted sales goals
• Maintain relationships with current customers, making regular visits and identifying new opportunities
• Collaborate with Insurance Specialists to identify non-F&I opportunities and qualify prospects
• Assist in training F&I Managers within dealerships to ensure product knowledge
• Stay informed about competitors and market trends while participating in industry training and associations

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
• Proven ability to develop relationships with dealer principals and decision makers
• Retail dealership experience, particularly in finance or sales management
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor s degree preferred
• Strong business management, presentation, and relationship selling skills

• Experience with finance and insurance product lines
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities
• Ability to effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
