Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with existing accounts and prospects at executive and operational levels
- Manage the entire sales cycle, winning new accounts and ensuring positive positioning within existing accounts
- Handle pricing and contract negotiations effectively
- Deliver compelling presentations that align Calix solutions with customer business needs
- Collaborate within a matrix sales team to execute territory and account plans that grow market share
- Over 5 years of experience in sales with a history of exceeding quotas
- Proven experience in working with virtual teams and managing sales cycles at various organizational levels
- Demonstrated solution and consultative selling experience
- Strong technical aptitude and understanding of cloud software and technical solutions
- Exceptional presentation skills, both in person and virtually
- Experience with Salesforce, Gong, and Linked In Sales Navigator
- Familiarity with sales methodologies such as SPIN selling and the challenger sale
- Strong storytelling ability to engage prospects and customers
- Passion for innovative solutions and technologies in the broadband sector
