Hybrid Sales Consultant (B2B Consulting / IT / Cybersecurity) — We are looking for a motivated and commercially driven Hybrid Sales Consultant to support our growing B2B Consulting, IT Services, Cybersecurity, and Privacy Compliance practice. This role is well-suited for individuals who enjoy consultative selling, engaging business decision-makers, and working on solutions that involve trust, risk, and long-term value.
This role offers a hybrid environment with remote work and in-person client meetings.
Structured training and onboarding will be provided
, including product knowledge, solution positioning, and sales enablement support—making this role suitable for candidates looking to grow into complex B2B solution sales.
Location specifics:
Johor (Remote) /
Singapore (Hybrid).
- Identify, qualify, and develop new B2B sales opportunities across consulting, IT, cybersecurity, and privacy compliance services.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, partnerships, and inbound leads.
- Conduct virtual and in-person meetings with business owners, senior management, and IT/security stakeholders.
- Understand client challenges related to technology, data protection, compliance, and operational risk.
- Present and position consultative, outcome-driven solutions rather than off-the-shelf products.
- Work closely with consultants and delivery teams to scope solutions and prepare proposals.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial engagement to negotiation and deal closure.
- Maintain accurate records of activities, opportunities, and forecasts using CRM tools.
- Represent the company at client meetings, briefings, and relevant industry events.
- Experience in B2B sales, business development, consulting sales, IT services, cybersecurity, or compliance-related fields
. - Strong interest in solution-based and consultative selling.
- Confident communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working in a hybrid environment.
- Basic familiarity with CRM systems and modern sales tools.
- Willingness to attend in-person client meetings and events when required.
- A’ Level, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant sales or business development experience preferred.
- Candidates with exposure to professional services, managed services, cybersecurity, or privacy compliance will have an advantage.
