Inkris is a fast-growing Canadian marketplace connecting homeowners with mortgage brokers, renovation professionals and more. We help service providers grow faster using verified leads, automated follow-ups, and a powerful in-house CRM.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll join as an Inside Sales Closer focused on converting qualified leads into subscribers for our monthly plans ($997–$13,250+). You’ll run daily demos, follow a proven script, and close deals with confidence.

Performance-Driven with Career Upside

Your compensation grows as you prove you can close. You’ll start with uncapped commissions and move quickly into a base + bonus structure after you hit key milestones.

How it works:

  • Start on performance-based commissions
  • Unlock a stable base once you hit 5 total sales
  • High performers earn well into 5 figures monthly
  • Still earn per-deal commission - no cap
  • Performance pays: earn an extra $500–$2,000 in bonuses
Career Track

From Closer to Pod Leader

Month 1:
Prove you can close

Month 2–3:
Build a pipeline and secure your base

Month 4+:
Manage your own SDR(s) and earn overrides

You close. They book. You get paid.

What You’re Selling
  • High-quality homeowner leads (subscription-based)
  • A full CRM and automation platform for service pros
  • Add-ons like SMS tools, webhook integrations & more
  • 3+ years B2B SaaS, lead gen, or digital sales experience (CRM, marketing, or marketplace software preferred)
  • Proven full-cycle sales success — discovery, demo, close, and onboarding
  • Confident closer on Zoom — persuasive, consultative, objection-ready
  • Proficient in Hub Spot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, or Zoho (we use in-house Inkris CRM)
  • Experienced with outbound & inbound sales via calls, email, SMS, and Linked In
  • Fluent in English with a professional Linked In presence
  • Data-driven, tracks funnel metrics and optimizes conversions & strong pipeline management & forecasting discipline
  • Self-motivated, thrives in high-growth startup environments
  • Reliable laptop, internet, and workspace for daily Zoom calls
  • Remote-first, lean, and scaling fast
  • You focus on closing — we handle onboarding and support
  • Solid predictable income and leadership
