Account Executive

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Executive based in Erlanger, KY, with flexibility for some remote work. The Account Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, securing new business opportunities, and providing tailored logistics solutions. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery, analyzing customer needs, and developing strategies to optimize performance and satisfaction.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Experience in sales, client management, and business development
• Proven ability to create and execute strategic plans
• Knowledge of logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations
• Proficiency in CRM tools and basic office software
• Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills
• High level of self-motivation and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the transportation or logistics industry is a plus
