Role Description
  • This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist based in Orem, UT, with the flexibility of some work-from-home availability.
  • The Sales Specialist will oversee daily sales operations, manage client relationships, and identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.
  • Responsibilities include prospecting potential clients, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, providing product training and support, and collaborating with internal teams to meet customer needs and drive business growth.
Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Ability to work on commission only
  • Ability to conduct Training sessions for clients to ensure effective product knowledge and implementation
  • Strategic mindset, strong negotiation skills, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Flexible and motivated to work in a hybrid environment (in-office and remote work as required)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Experience in the Personal Care, Food, or Dietary Supplement industries is an advantage
