- This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist based in Orem, UT, with the flexibility of some work-from-home availability.
- The Sales Specialist will oversee daily sales operations, manage client relationships, and identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.
- Responsibilities include prospecting potential clients, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, providing product training and support, and collaborating with internal teams to meet customer needs and drive business growth.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Ability to work on commission only
- Ability to conduct Training sessions for clients to ensure effective product knowledge and implementation
- Strategic mindset, strong negotiation skills, and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Flexible and motivated to work in a hybrid environment (in-office and remote work as required)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Experience in the Personal Care, Food, or Dietary Supplement industries is an advantage
