Educational Consultant

Position: Educational Consultant Indonesia

Salary: Negotiable

• Make care calls to students currently enrolled in courses at Schola.
• Notify students about tuition expiration and handle tuition renewal.
• Advise and introduce other skill-based courses to current students.
• Carry out tasks assigned by the Manager.
• Support other Schola staff when necessary.

• High school graduate;
  Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Own a personal laptop.
• At least 6 months of working experience; experience in customer-facing roles in education and/or service industries is a plus.
• Customer-oriented mindset; passion for sales; willing to take risks and not afraid of rejection.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good organizational skills with effective time management.
• Strong team spirit and determination to achieve sales targets.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment.
• High professional ethics and a professional working style.

• Total income of 12,700,000 IDR or more, based on performance.
• 2-month probation with 100% salary.
